You must use this website only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit product quantities where reasonably necessary.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many PIT LANE CLOTHING products are produced or prepared after an order is received.

Manufacturing or fulfilment may begin shortly after an order is confirmed. For this reason, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order after production has commenced.

Made-to-order does not necessarily mean personalised or custom-made. Any statutory cancellation rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;
• the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced; or
• fulfilment would breach applicable law.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges, taxes or other costs collected by us, will be displayed before the order is submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and confirming that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding or cancel the affected product and issue a refund.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not provide refunds solely for change of mind except where required by applicable law.

Customers who request an approved exchange because they selected the wrong size are responsible for applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, all material appearing on this website—including the PIT LANE CLOTHING name, logos, trademarks, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, written content and website presentation—is owned by or licensed to PIT LANE CLOTHING.
