Free Standard Shipping

PIT LANE CLOTHING provides free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and internationally.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout will therefore be $0 for standard delivery.

Processing and Dispatch

Most PIT LANE CLOTHING products are made or prepared after an order is placed.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Some made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Customers will be contacted if an order is expected to experience a significant delay.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated standard delivery times are:

Australia: 6–10 business days
International: 6–12 business days

These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple-Item Orders

Products may be produced and shipped by different manufacturing partners. An order containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate packages and on different days.

There is no additional standard shipping charge when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause delays outside the control of PIT LANE CLOTHING.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with the order after the product has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

PIT LANE CLOTHING is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Contact us promptly at manager@pitlaneclothing.com if an address correction is required. We may be unable to change an address after production or dispatch has begun.

Delays

Delivery may be affected by carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist customers with genuine delivery issues where reasonably possible.
