GRANT BECOMES FINALIST IN FERRARI FIA GIRLS ON TRACK

PIT LANE CLOTHING sponsored athlete CHLOE GRANT has achieved a global milestone - winning through to become a finalist in the International FIA Girls on Track  Program, held under the wing of the Ferrari Driver Academy, at the Paul Ricard Circuit in France.

Currently competing in the GB4 category in the United Kingdom, from a worldwide field of 13 other chosen women drivers, Chloe has become 1 of only 4 drivers to go through to the final.

The final 4 were selected after a 5 day shootout at the Paul Ricard circuit, home of the French Formula 1 Grand Prix, where competitors were tested on fitness, attitude, ability and driving.

Grant’s performances were judged by a panel including Iron Dames driver Rahel Frey and Cathy Muller, Manager of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission’s Detection Cell, plus representatives from the FDA, Winfield Racing School and 3,2,1 Performance.

The final 4 drivers will now compete for a professionally funded race seat at the world famous home of the Ferrari Formula 1 team, Maranello, in Italy in November.

If selected as the winner, she would be in line to join the Ferrari Driver Academy, renowned for producing drivers such as Charles Leclerc, Sergio Perez, Lance Stroll and Mick Schumacher, and compete in F4 in Europe with FIA Girls on Track main partner, Iron Dames.

Grant said: “After five days of fitness and mind exercises, kart sessions and laps in the F4 car, I’m over the moon to be included in the final four for the FIA Girls on Track.

PIT LANE CLOTHING could not be more proud to be associated with such a fast rising star on the global motorsport scene.
